If you have forgotten your password, or if your password is not working, you can easily get a new one. For security reasons, we are unable retrieve your password. When a password is assigned, it is one-way encrypted before it is stored in the database. This means that even Mysafeharbour Customer Service doesn't know your password. When it is one-way encrypted, it can never be decrypted.

You need to have your username to access the Mysafeharbour Registry. Your username is the email address you provided us when you signed up as a user.
